PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We've got a pretty wide range of payment methods. We support all the usual:

VISA, Mastercard, ApplePay, G-Pay, PayPal and ShopPay. 

We also support ClearPay, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across 4 interest free instalments.

Are my payments secure? 

Yes. Payments are processed using Shopify Payments which are encrypted and protected by 3D secure. 

PayPal and ClearPay are third-party providers, but both feature payment encryption.

Do you accept crypto as a form of payment?

Not just yet, but certain banks / platforms (such as PayPal or Revolut) will allow you to exchange crypto for GBP that you can then spend with us.

DELIVERIES

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Everything is handmade in a small workshop in Sussex, England. We aim to dispatch orders with Royal Mail within 4 days.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes. We'll send you tracking information on every order so you can know exactly when the delivery bee will arrive.

Do you ship internationally? 

Hell yeah we do. We will happily ship anywhere in the world. 

 Please note that shipping rates vary and packages can sometimes be delayed by Customs on occasion.

How about FREE delivery? 

Yeah, that's a thing we do. Spend over £100 and delivery is FREE! 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

As long as you let us know within 30 days that you’ve changed your mind, and send the items back, we will refund you in full. 

 Of course, everything needs to be in the same condition it was delivered.

How will you process my refund?

We'll process refunds using the same method you payed with. 

I.e. If you paid using a VISA card, we'll refund back to your card, or if you used PayPal, we'll credit your PayPal account etc.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

If your item arrives and is damaged or defective in some way, get in touch with us ASAP. 

We hand make everything from scratch, so depending on what the issue is, we may be able to fix the issue ourselves. 

We've never had this you'll be pleased to know.

What about exchanges?

Totally fine. Let us know in advance though as you'll need to send your item back. 

The quickest way to manage this, would be return the old item, and buy a new one so we can get to work on your new item. 

As soon as the old one arrives we'll process a refund.
